Throughout the period of five years from the 9 October 2018, Comcast undertakes to procure, and Sky undertakes, that the Sky Group shall maintain its UK headquarters in Osterley, Greater London, TW7 by Sky occupying one or more buildings in Osterley, one of which buildings shall be publicly designated as the Sky Group's UK headquarters and be the registered office of Sky.
