Our leadership | Neal O'Rourke

Neal O'Rourke is Chief Commercial Officer and, in November 2023, was appointed to the Management Board of Sky Deutschland. Since January 2020 he has been Managing Director of Sky Austria and he is also responsible for the business of Sky Switzerland. Prior to this O’Rourke was Chief Finance and Strategy Officer for Sky Ireland, where he oversaw the growth of the business and worked closely with leadership teams in Ireland and the UK.

Before joining Sky, Neal spent six years at Aer Lingus as Group Commercial Director, managing all aspects of the airline's commercial functions, including marketing, sales, strategy, pricing and revenue management. Previously, Neal spent four years at Ernst&Young as Business Risks Services Manager.
