Our Leadership | Niamh Grogan

Niamh was appointed Sky’s Group General Counsel in 2022, joining from Willis Towers Watson where she was Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Niamh has previously held the roles of Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer and Company Secretary at Visa Europe, Competition and Consumer Policy Director at Lloyds Bank and was a Partner at SJ Berwin, a law firm where she specialized in regulatory and competition law.

Niamh is currently a member of the Risk & Audit Committee at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and has held a number of other non-executive directorship roles: as a Trustee at Rosa (the UK’s only charitable fund for women and girls’ issues); on the Audit Committee of the Law Society of England and Wales; and at Binc (the founding company of the Valuable 500).
