Priya Dogra

Chief Advertising and New Revenue Officer

Priya joined Sky as Chief Advertising and New Revenue Officer in 2024. Priya has over two decades of experiences in the media industry encompassing operations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategy, and business development.

In her current role, Priya oversees Sky Media, our leading ad sales division which is at the forefront of delivering advanced and innovative advertising solutions to create value for our partners. Sky Media represents all of Sky’s channels and sites and sells on behalf of a range of renowned broadcasters and channels including Channel 5, Discovery, National Geographic, MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. Priya is also responsible for developing and growing our non-subscription revenues as Sky looks to further diversify our portfolio of brands and services to better serve our consumers.

Prior to joining Sky, Priya was President & Managing Director for Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA. She was responsible for operating the company’s businesses across programming and production, marketing, advertising, commercial deals, and partnerships for the company’s lines of business including networks, streaming, theatrical, home entertainment and content sales.

Priya began her career in investment banking at Citi, spending seven years covering clients in the media and telecoms sectors. Priya then transitioned to Time Warner / Warner Media spending 14 years with the company in a number of senior roles including serving as the head of M&A and head of Strategy & Corporate Development. During her tenure at the company, Priya was responsible for the company’s significant M&A activity including the sale of Time Warner to AT&T in 2018 and the company’s investment in Hulu in 2016.

Priya is a former member of the Board of Directors of The Opportunity Network whose mission is to guide underrepresented students to and through college into successful careers, and also previously served on the board of Hello Sunshine, a media brand focused on discovering content and telling stories that celebrate women.
