Barny Mills

Group CFO, CEO New Business and CEO Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Barny Mills took on the expanded role of Group CFO and CEO New Business from March 2026, alongside his role as CEO of Sky’s businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He was appointed CEO of Sky Deutschland in 2023.

In August 2018, he initially took on the position of Deputy CFO at Sky Deutschland before becoming CFO in 2020. During this time, he played a key role in the development of the company's strategy as well as in major rights deals - including the Bundesliga. Prior to moving to Germany, Mills held a wide range of commercial finance, transformation, and integration roles at Sky in the UK.

Mills started his career at Unilever and PepsiCo, where he worked for a total of 10 years.
