Following the initial findings of Ofcom’s Digital Communications Review in February an industry coalition of Sky, TalkTalk, Vodafone, INCA and the FCS has written an open letter to Sharon White, Chief Executive of Ofcom setting out a ’10 Point Plan for a Better Openreach’ to help deliver Ofcom’s ambition for a more independent and effective Openreach.
