Sky Store adds more choice for customers with more ways to Buy & Keep the latest movies
Sky Store, regularly UK & Ireland’s number one digital retailer for
new release movies, is now offering customers more choice, with more
ways to Buy & Keep the latest blockbusters straight from the cinema.
Rolling out from this week, Sky Store customers will get the
choice to Buy & Keep just the HD Digital version of a movie, or add a
Blu-ray or DVD to arrive in the post. Through Sky Store, customers can
Buy & Keep the latest movies on HD Digital from £9.99, with HD
Digital + DVD prices from £13.99 and HD Digital + Blu-ray priced at
£16.99.
Damien Read, Director of Sky Store said: “Over
the next few months Sky Store will give film fans more ways to watch
the latest movies straight from the cinema however works best for them.
Whether it’s Despicable Me 3 in digital only, The Mummy on DVD or Baby
Driver on Blu-ray, there’s an option for everyone.”
Sky
Store Buy & Keep gives movie lovers the chance to download or stream
an HD Digital copy of the latest cinema releases first, often before
the DVD or Blu-ray hits the shops, which they can watch immediately on
their TV and on a range of devices. If customers choose to add a DVD or
Blu-ray to their order, it will arrive in the post a few days later.
With
movies added every week, as little as 12 weeks after leaving the
cinema, Sky Store has a catalogue of 1000s of movies to Buy & Keep
and rent, from the latest films to all-time favourites and movie box
sets. Sky Store also offers movies to rent from as little as 99p as well
as an extensive range of TV series such as Peaky Blinders, Dr Foster,
House of Cards, and Breaking Bad for customers to Buy & Keep from
£9.99 a season.
Sky customers can buy or rent movies from Sky
Store via their Sky Q and Sky+ boxes, via the Sky Store app across a
range of devices and online at skystore.com. With no subscription needed
to access Sky Store, the service is available to anyone online, on the
app and on NOW TV boxes. Customers can also download movies to watch
offline on the Sky Store app and the Sky Store Desktop Player.
