Last week, David Beckham, Sky ambassador, made a surprise visit to Bedford Academy to take part in a Sky Sports Living for Sports session.

Beckham joined in to a rugby and cricket session, led by Wayne Instrell, this year’s Sky Sports Living for Sport student of the year winner and Nahida Begum, former Sky Sports Living for Sport Student of the year regional finalist.

Wayne and Nahida, along with their Athlete Mentors, Maggie Alphonsi and Mike Mullen, shared stories to inspire and motivate the new students who have just recently signed up for Sky Sports Living for Sport at Bedford Academy.
