Christmas Day release confirmed for Sky 1’s feature length adaptation of Jasper Fforde’s The Last Dragonslayer

Adam MacDonald, Director of Sky 1, has today announced at the press launch for The Last Dragonslayer, that this year’s magical event drama will hit Sky screens on Christmas Day.

Richard E Grant was also exclusively revealed as the voice of the dragon and said "I hope that people love The Last Dragonslayer as much as I did contributing my voice to a role."

The adaptation of Jasper Fforde’s best selling novel, was announced earlier this year and stars Ricky Tomlinson, Pauline Collins, Ellise Chappell and John Bradley.
