Kiefer Sutherland continues to play the numbers game as Tim Kring’s TOUCH returns to SKY 1 HD on Tuesday 2^nd April at 8pm.

The first season of the emotionally charged drama introduced us to New Yorker Martin Bohm (Sutherland), a widowed reporter-turned-airport baggage handler struggling to raise 11-year-old son Jake (David Mazouz) alone. No ordinary child, Jack doesn't speak, can't bear to be touched - even by his dad - and devotes his days to scribbling down seemingly random numbers. Social services intervened, namely Clea Hopkins (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), but it was Professor Teller (Danny Glover) who recognised Jake's 'gift'. Communicating through digits, the youngster sees patterns, a map of sorts, pinpointing the people whose paths are meant to cross. It became Martin's job to help make these connections.

Still on the run, the scope has been widened as Touch begins its follow-up, shifting the story from New York to Los Angeles as Martin tries to protect Jake from the mysterious and very possibly sinister research facility, Aster Corps. Also added to the equation as a series regular is Maria Bello (A History of Violence), who appeared in the finale as Lucy, the mother of a missing child with a lot in common with Jake. Other cast additions include Lukas Haas (Inception), playing an Aster Corps genius, and Greg Ellis (24), as a journalist and old friend of Martin's.

The second series of TOUCH begins on Tuesday 2^nd April at 8pm and can be enjoyed exclusively on Sky 1 HD which is also available to customers via Sky Go, Xbox, ipad and selected smartphones at no extra cost.
