Revolution returns to Sky 1 HD this month

J.J. Abrams’ smash hit drama REVOLUTION is returning to Sky 1 HD on 20th October at 10pm and will be available On Demand from 19th October

After a successful first season, which saw the biggest launch for a US drama in multichannel history, REVOLUTION returns for another action packed season. Eric Kripke and JJ Abrams' thrilling action drama concluded its debut season with Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Monroe (David Lyons) forced together to battle with more than wits as they gained access to the tower and came under unexpected attack. Outside, Militia troops surrounded the tower and as Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos), Nora (Daniella Alonso) and Aaron (Zak Orth) negotiated safe passage inside, the Nevilles were left to the mercy of the men they once served alongside. And in a thrilling finale twist – the lights came back on.

The second season begins with everyone wondering how long the power will stay on for in an explosive start which sees the group separating. The season opener picks up right where the season one finale left off, with everyone trying to correct their mistakes. This, however, doesn’t last long as the plot then leaps forward to a time where the rebels have split up and the band of rogue survivors are searching for answers.

Produced by Bonanza Productions in association with Bad Robot Productions, Kripke Enterprises and Warner Bros. Television, REVOLUTION is executive produced by J.J. Abrams, Bryan Burk and Eric Kripke. The series’ co-executive producers include Jon Favreau and Kathy Lingg. The series is distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.

REVOLUTION will start on 20th October on Sky 1 HD at 10pm which is also available to customers via Sky Go on PC, Xbox, iPad and selected smartphones at no extra cost. The first episode will also be available On Demand from 19th October
