Sky Living is offering customers an exclusive look into the lives of modern couples, exposing the funny, charming and idiosyncratic moments that many may recognise in their own coupling, be it a partners lack of spacial awareness for stacking the dishwasher or who has the last word in an argument.

Fever Media’s David Tibballs, Executive Producer said: “Typical Married Couples is a beautifully simple, warm-hearted and funny show.  It’s such a treat to hear our couples tell all about the quirks of living together and I hadn’t appreciated that we have quite so many surprising ways of making our other halves laugh, cry and explode with embarrassment!”

Typical Married Couples (working title) further cements Sky’s commitment to increase investment in original British content by 50% in the next three years. By 2014, Sky expects to invest £600 million a year in British programming across its portfolio of channels.
