This evening in a special half hour documentary Sky News examines the background to the tragedy that shocked the nation – the deaths of six young children in a house fire in Derby.
“Deadly Betrayal, The Philpott Trial” see’s Jason Farrell investigate Mick and Mairead Philpott, who were today found guilty of killing of six of their children by starting the fire – along with their friend, Paul Mosley.
Farrell has spoken to Britain’s leading criminologist, Professor David, as well as two brothers who fought to save the children from the fire and those who were among the first to the scene.
