Sky Rainforest Rescue opens its first wild rubber exhibit in the Eden Rainforest Biome

Sky Rainforest Rescue have partnered up with the Eden Project to open its first wild rubber exhibit in the Eden Rainforest Biome so that visitors can learn more about wild rubber.
People can experience how rubber tappers in Brazil tap the trees to collect the liquid latex and take it to their processing huts where the latex is turned into wild rubber. There are interactive games along the way for children to take a look at some of the products that come from liquid latex and see what a skilful job it is to tap rubber from the trees.
Wild rubber jewellery, designed by Flavia Amadeu is also being sold in the shop at Eden. This is helping to support Sky Rainforest Rescue and also showcasing how markets for wild rubber from the project area can be established.
Take a look inside the wild rubber exhibit and see how Sky and WWF are working together to help save one billion trees in the Amazon.
