Sky Sports awarded new Masters golf agreement
Sky Sports will continue to show live coverage of the Masters from Augusta National thanks to a new multi-year agreement announced today.
The deal means that from 2015, Sky Sports will continue to be the only place in the UK to watch all four days of golf’s first Major of the year.
The new agreement means that Sky Sports viewers can look forward to:
• THE MASTERS: All four days live on Sky Sports, including exclusive live coverage of Rounds 1 and 2 from the stunning Augusta National Golf Club.
• PAR 3 CONTEST: Exclusive live coverage of the Par 3 Contest, held every year on the Wednesday of Masters week and played on Augusta’s dramatic Par 3 course.
• EXTRA COVERAGE: Additional content on red button, website and tablets including Masters on the Range (from Monday), Featured Groups 1 & 2 (from Thursday), Amen Corner (from Thursday), Masters in Depth (from Thursday) , the 15th and 16th holes (from Thursday) and rolling highlights.
• HIGHLIGHTS: The best moments from each day’s play on “Masters Breakfast,“ shown each morning and including detailed views and analysis.

Sky Sports has shown live coverage of all four days of the Masters since it was first awarded rights in 2011 and this week will show all four rounds, plus the Par 3 Contest as Adam Scott defends the coveted Green Jacket.
Sky Sports News also provides comprehensive coverage of the Masters, including reports throughout the build up to the Tournament including player press conferences and interviews, and live reports throughout the Tournament from Augusta National.
Live coverage of the Masters on Sky Sports is presented by David Livingstone with analysis and commentary from 2014 European Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley, former winning European Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie and celebrated coach Butch Harmon, whose father Claude won the 1948 Masters.
Also in the commentary box are Ewen Murray and Bruce Critchley, while Tim Barter will provide reports through the event.
This year, six times Masters winner Jack Nicklaus will also make a guest appearance in the Sky Sports studio and commentary box on Thursday evening from 7.00pm.
The new deal strengthens Sky's unrivalled live golf coverage which also includes the US Open, US PGA Championship, World Golf Championship events, PGA Tour and European Tour and this September's Ryder Cup and Ladies European Tour.
