As the nation gets set for Easter five unhatched chicks are today going shell-to-shell in an egg-citing scramble to “predict” which House will poach the Iron Throne in Season 5 of Game of Thrones. Created just for yolks, the eggs-periment will be streamed live by NOW TV to give fans an Easter treat ahead of the highly anticipated fifth Season, which airs on the online TV streaming service on 13 April. 

Taking place south of the Wall, at their home kingdom in Hampshire, the eggs have been placed in an eggs-tra special incubator inspired by the Great Hall from the Red Keep in King’s Landing. Complete with a chick-sized Iron Throne and miniature House banners, the incubator is home to five eggs representing the Houses of the – Lannisters, Stark, Targaryen, Baratheon and Tyrell.

With tension set to reach fever pitch, chick and Game of Thrones’ fans can follow the eggs-plosive action to see which chick will crack under pressure and hatch first.
