The season will kick off on Friday 4 September with Manchester United heading to a London City Lionesses side packed with new summer signings. There will also be a full slate of games on Sky cross the opening Sunday, including:
- Brighton & Hove Albion v Arsenal @ 12:00, Sun 6 September
- Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham United @ 12:00, Sun 6 September
- Charlton Athletic v Liverpool @ 14:00, Sun 6 September
- Crystal Palace v Everton @ 14:00, Sun 6 September
- Manchester City v Birmingham City @ 14:30, Sun 6 September

Where will I be able to watch the rest of the new WSL season?
Sky Sports is the home the Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) with 90% of all WSL matches live on Sky Sports and NOW. Select games will also be shown on the Sky Sports WSL YouTube channel.
In line with the league’s expansion, viewers will have greater opportunity to follow players and teams with 163 matches broadcast live throughout the season. That means there will be an additional 45 games shown on Sky, including 108 exclusively live games and 77% of first picks.
Sky will also show the Play-Off game.
How about the final day of the season?
All games on the final weekend of the WSL season (22nd-23rd May) will be shown live and exclusively on Sky Sports.
When will Sky Sports be showing WSL matches?
Sky has worked with the WSL to find more slots that balance broadcast windows with the need to drive attendances. There will be greater flexibility on the regular weekend broadcast slots with Sky selected matches generally being played at:
- Friday – 19:00
- Saturday – 12:45
- Sunday – 12:00
- Sunday – 18:00
